There were a number of challenges to this project. At 17m wide, the site was not your typical 800m² site and the parking was critical. The client also wanted to provide freehold title to each residence adding complexity to the services with separate connections to each site.

We worked closely with the developer, Scootbuild, & other consultants to maximise the yield and deliver a high quality product that attracted the empty nester market and achieved well above the local market average.
